Managing time with your NGTeco time clock is easier using the NGTeco Time App!

Connect the NGTeco Time App to a local Wi-Fi that is shared with the timeclock (no software required).

Securely connect the app to the clock by scanning the QR code from the Admin Menu.

Using the app, admin users can:
1. Setup clock punch rules and configure clock options.
2. Add/update the employee data and push the data to the time clock.
3. View attendance records retrieved from the time clock.
4. Pull time card from the clock and email the report to admin user account.
5. Add employee missing punches and push to the clock for time card calculation.
 
To ensure data security on the App, the following protection measures are provided:
1. Admin user can set the passcode from time clock admin menu, and the passcode is required to connect the App to the device.
2. NGTeco Time App does not store any data locally in the mobile phone, the new added or updated data is pushed directly to the time clock.

Just got the app to go with my K-4 time clock. I am tech savvy- Setup was straight forward. After I was able to connect it to my Wi-Fi things went really fast because I could then input employee names and pertinent information using my phone instead of the keypad on the time clock. After I got the app up and running I used Microsoft's phone to be able then to control the app from my Windows computer. Now I'm cooking with gas. I'm able to edit most things from the windows interface.

I bought this less than a year and its working great for 4 months. LIKE OTHERS its not connecting to the app anymore. I did all troubleshooting including reset, uninstalled the app, NOTHING. ITS NOT CONNECTING ANYMORE. I hope this doesnt happen to other people who bpught this product after 4 months. I can see a lot of complaints about app not connecting

Recent update (7/14/25) has made it so that I can't edit the date or time. The phone control bar (open apps, home, back arrow) stays on over the top and can't access app controls. I have to close the app completely to get back to the beginning.
