Love when the app works. A few weeks ago it started having issues. It will spin like it's going to load, but stays in a spinning mode. I Uninstaller it and was able to log back in. I have now found that as long as I log out of the app first when I'm finished it will allow me to log back in later with success. Shouldn't have to log out to be able to log back in, but at least there is a work-around.

This app SUCKS! Works one day and then the next it says you need to update to the newest version. There is NEVER a new update. You literally have to uninstall/reinstall multiple times in order for it to work. Can't goto the parent portal website because it just sends you to the broken app. Can't check my kids grades. Can't do anything at all. The school needs to stop relying on this app/website for information. Their IT dept clearly doesn't care if it works like it's supposed too.

It's great when it works but now all of a sudden it's telling me my email and password are both wrong (it's been the same for years) I request to reset password and I never get the email. I email support and never get a response. At the point I'm telling the school for next year don't send me anything on this app since I created an email specifically for school.
