[Health Insurance Counter] Access various health insurance services, including access to premium payment records, online payment and card application, access to insurance records, application for insurance certificates, and address changes.
[Virtual Health Insurance Card] To achieve the vision of smart healthcare and digital government, we are fully promoting virtual health insurance card access across three key areas: home healthcare, telemedicine, and video consultations.
[Hospital Search] Filter nearby or specific medical institutions using a map, providing detailed information such as appointment times.
[Medical Search] provides information on home healthcare institutions, medications, special materials, payment standards, price comparisons for out-of-pocket medical expenses, out-of-pocket medical expense reimbursement cases, and the progress of major illness and injury card applications. [Link to the "Health App"] To help you consolidate relevant health information, the National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) will access your Health App data from the past 30 days based on your consent (including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen concentration, height, weight, temperature, steps, distance traveled, total calories burned, and sleep). This data will be displayed in the "Health Passbook" section of the NHIA's "Health Express App."

Ratings and reviews

This is definitely not user-friendly especially to foreigners. I am isolated and I was hoping to check the result of my PCR test thru this app. But to my disappointment, logging in is very complicated. My cp number is registered under my husband so my only option is to register to acquire a QR code or password. However, the system requires a card reader for the health card to be registered. In times of crisis, government assistance like this should've been made simple and easy to access.

Unusable for many foreigners that do not pay for a monthly plan. What's the point of doing this? I can't check my PCR results just because of this little stupid detail? As it is almost typical in Taiwan, they like to complicate things. Besides 80% of the app is in Chinese and the translations to English are horrible. Your app is designed for Taiwanese only. Thanks a lot

2 stars for at least attempting a little but of English. No more stars because I have new number format APRC and it was supposed to help us in these situations yet we still get rejected for registration just like before. And yes I tried the card reader computer and that is hell to do too. Needs a dumb computer with no firewalls and chinese instructions to install more software bloat stuff onto your computer that is unknown. Not friendly and it failed to read mine in any case. Sigh
