Can't exchange tickets on the app. It has an option for "More Ticket Options" which on a computer let's you exchange tickets for a different day. It used to work on the app, but now the button doesn't respond when you click it. Very frustrating.

Hate having to download ANOTHER app. What was wrong with just using the Ticketmaster app if the tickets are thought them, anyway ? literally showed up to the game and was unable to get in because I had to download this stupid app. There's no service there ofc because there are thousands of people. Have to make an account,and a stupid password. such a pain.

constant crashes! at some point I'd like to be able to open the app, go into manage my tickets, select my game and actually see my tickets! Most of the time I get a fault screen that says "Predators app has stopped working" close app? doesn't matter if you close and restart app, doesn't matter if you uninstall and reinstall the app. Predators need to fix this app so that it functions all the time if its the only way to access tickets to the games! absolutely ridiculous to have to deal with!!
