It is EXTREMELY difficult to get to our tickets sometimes. When it tries to authenticate to Ticketmaster it either goes to a white page where you can't do anything, or to a grey page that says "Link to Ticketmaster account" in a black box, but again you can't do anything. All we can seem to do is force close the app, try to login, see one or the other of these errors until a miracle 1-in-a-thousand shot, it actually works. I'm on a top-of-the-line Google Pixel device. It should work on that!

Extremely buggy app, almost worthless and definitely one of the worst apps I've ever used. Just signing in is difficult and if you can even get that far the app is painfully slow. Transferring tickets is not intuitive and difficult. You get messages that the transfer didn't work but then another message indicates that it might have. You can't easily tell which tickets transferred & which didn't. It's obvious that the Wild need to go back to printed tickets. (Update 2/25 Apps still bad)

This has to be one of the crappiest upgrade to the NHL app. I am constantly fighting with this app. My tickets sometimes load using the My Account link. Most of the time they don't. Today I've spent over an hour trying to access them and they just don't load. Last years version was 100% better than the garbage we have today... August 28. I still cannot access my tickets through the wild app.
