I literally have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time to access my tickets. One I navigate away from my tickets, the ticket tab glitches and just keeps flickering a message that it can't connect to ticketmaster. Restating the app or my phone do nothing, the only thing that restores the connection is un installing and reinstalling. Extremely frustrating.

This app looks nice but some of the functionality is just terrible. Especially when you are trying to retrieve your tickets but nothing shows up. If the tickets don't show up, then you can't use the free public transit to the game. Most of the times I either have keep trying multiple times opening the app, clear the cache or rebooting my phone. It's kind of embarrassing that Kraken / Climate Pledge forces you to use this app to get in the arena. Can't they hire better programmers to fix it?

This app is clunky at best, completely unusable at worse. I use it to take free public transportation to Storm games. If I can even get it to work, that's only after it crashes multiple times. (Also, why is it marketed to just be a Kraken app?) Tried to use it last weekend and it didn't even recognize that there was a game on the calendar. Great concept but poor execution.
