About this app

NHN Cloud Online Contact is a solution that can increase the value of customer service and the efficiency of consultation operations by integrating and managing customer experiences at various points of contact through a single platform.

The mobile app has been provided to enable ticket processing function through mobile devices, which was previously provided only through PC.
• Easily check inquiries : View and process incoming customer inquiries in real time
• Check announcements in real time : Check for announcements shared within the organization in real time to handle customer inquiries
• Handle various inquiries(in mobile) : Integrated management of 1:1 inquiry, mail, SNS, and chat(switched to ticket) inquiries
• Easy transfer to hands-on staff : Transfer to issue management service or collaboration tools, view and guide results in real time

The Online Contact Mobile service is available after activation of the Online Contact service.
