Badly designed and WAY off balance between app content and promotion of paid content. Very little content other than ads/links for purchasing her books or resources. Two quizes-- one doesn't tell you what the score means, just says buy the book to find out. Main menu page has a moving wave of color that is really annoying as you look at the page.

Downloaded hoping to find a bit of help. Extremely disappointed. Not really any coaching. Grew up in a physical, mental, emotionally abusive home. Still struggling with deep set pain. Severe anxiety to a point I struggle with talking to others. Wanted to work this out on my own. Hoping to find actual exercises or daily activities, not just links to self help books. And I'm broke. Don't have enough money to do therapy or buy self help books. So there's that.

I was really looking for an app that helped you with skillsets for recovery after narcissistic abuse. I already knew that I was in danger. It's been 2 years since I ran for my life to escape. I am in therapy weekly but am looking for something to supplement it to help get me past the fear of making friends, and maybe eventually, date.
