Nibol Rooms allows you to optimize booking of meeting rooms in your office, giving employees the ability to view a room's availability in real time and book a meeting directly from the associated tablet.

How to use it:

1. Register your company at nibol.com (it takes less than 10 minutes)
2. Pair the tablet with one or more corresponding rooms
3. Now the employees who pass in front of the room will be able to view the timeline of the day with the reservations, add new ones, and accept them by identifying themselves through Nibol
