e-MBD mobile application is to be used by all block level AO(Agriculture Overseer)/Suravi Dealer of the state, Odisha. Farmer will apply online for the implement & deposit farmer share through payment gateway . Farmer’s request will be displayed to the respective District Manager. District Manager will initialise the stock and it will be approved by respective Executive Engineer . After approval by EE it will be redirected to respective DM . DM will select Farm Name, Implement Name, Block Name , Delivery Point , Stock Serial No & enter challan number. Manufacturer will select the delivery point , challan number and will assign a vehicle number & stock serial number. AO(Agriculture Overseer)/Suravi Dealer will login to the mobile app & synchronise the details . After selecting vehicle number and implement name it will display stock serial number . AO/Suravi user will select the stock serial number and submit. AO/Suravi user will select Farm name, Implement name and Farmer ID & it will display the farmer details . AO/Suravi user will take the photograph of the implement , farmer along with longitude and latitude and submit for delivery to the farmer .
