About this app

The National Mobile Monitoring Service (NMMS) started in FY 2021-22. The NMMS App permits taking real time attendance of workers at Mahatma Gandhi NREGA worksites along with geotagged photographs. This app aids in increasing the citizen oversite of the program and is one more step towards transparency and accountability. 

Ratings and reviews

This app version 3.8.0 is not working properly. While capturing the worker's face, it repeatedly shows 'Face Mismatch' and 'Different Angle and Position' errors. Because of this, we are facing difficulties in capturing the workers' faces and are unable to mark their attendance. The previous app version 3.7.9 was much better than this new update

Currently, the app displays only the names of the workers. Many of our field staff and supervisors find it difficult to distinguish between workers with similar names, especially in cases where the person marking attendance has limited literacy skills. This can lead to errors, such as marking the wrong person present or missing an entry entirely. ​To make the process more user-friendly and inclusive, I request that the system be updated to: ​Display a small profile photo next to each worker's

Once I capture the photos, if I log out, all the captured photos are deleted from the device. Also, please provide multiple login support with access to previously captured photos across devices. This will help in controlling the crowd and make management easier
