One Nation One Ration Card plan ensures distribution of subsidised foodgrains to ration card holders under NFSA to lift the entitled foodgrains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) anywhere in the country by using their same/existing NFSA ration card after biometric/Aadhaar authentication on an electronic Point of Sale (ePoS) device. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will continue to get Rice, Wheat and Coarse Grain at the rate of Rs. 3, Rs. 2 and Rs. 1 per Kg respectively in other States as well.

Ratings and reviews

When verifying a member in the app, a typewriter-like window pops up for entering their name and other details. However, when entering the mobile number, the app doesn't allow typing the number in that window. I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, and many other things, but I'm still unable to verify the member. I'm also not getting any information about why this is happening. Please do something about this. 🙏🏼

This ration app is a good idea, but it is not working properly. The main problem is Aadhaar login. Even when Aadhaar is correctly linked with the ration card, the app fails to login or OTP does not come. Because of this, users are unable to access any services. The app also shows technical errors, slow performance, and sometimes crashes. Error messages are not clear, and there is no proper help or support option inside the app. If these issues are fixed, the app will be helpful.

The Mera Ration app is currently not functioning properly. Every time you try to use it, different errors appear: Sometimes “Time Out” ❌ Sometimes “Aadhaar Card Not Match” ❌ Sometimes “Connection Down” ❌ Users are facing serious difficulties as basic services are not accessible. It is requested that the application be updated as soon as possible, so people can use it smoothly without frustration.
