When verifying a member in the app, a typewriter-like window pops up for entering their name and other details. However, when entering the mobile number, the app doesn't allow typing the number in that window. I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, and many other things, but I'm still unable to verify the member. I'm also not getting any information about why this is happening. Please do something about this..👌

I am disappointed with the ration application. Every time I try to log in using my registered mobile number or Aadhaar number, it shows errors like “Invalid Captcha” or “Aadhaar number does not match.” Despite entering correct details multiple times, the issue continues. This clearly reflects poor system performance and lack of proper maintenance. It is unacceptable that such an essential service is not functioning properly. Kindly take immediate action to fix these issues

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The keeps showing incorrect errors like “invalid Aadhaar number” even when all details are absolutely correct and KYC is completed. The app is full of bugs, slow, and completely unreliable. I tried multiple times, reinstalled it, and still the same problem. It feels like there is no proper testing or maintenance. Such an important service should not have such a poor-quality app. I strongly recommend everyone NOT to download or rely on this app.
