Missing Tickets I usually buy the Max of twenty tickets biweekly to get me to and from work. And usually I don't use all twenty come the next pay. Today is the second time I've lost tickets. I knew come this pay that I would still have four extra. They were gone. This is unacceptable.
Some aspects are good but, Ever so often I can't buy tickets, it won't process my card or some other foolishness. That's a huge problem because sometimes I don't have change. Google also tells me the contact email is invalid like the hell and I have the screenshots to prove it.
It's perfect for days I don't have change. I just wish I didn't have to keep entering my cc info everytime I uninstall the app. Sometimes I breathe space for other things. When I reinstall, I have to update the Cc info. Other than that I love it
60% accurate What good is an app that's only right 60% of the time. Very frustrating. Watch the time change when your standing at the bus stop. And other gps issues.
App is awesome If you are getting invalid email please delete the space after your email address. App works perfect tickets are valid for two months.
Card expiration date buggy Please fix the card expiration date fields. Selecting the month and year does not work properly. Somehow I managed to get it working. Using Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge.
