Niche Frontdesk is the official app for authorised Niche Society event staff.

See the events assigned to you, review guest lists, and check guests in with a QR code or invitation code — all from your phone.

Assigned events
Open live, upcoming, and past events in one place. Search by name or venue, and see check-in progress at a glance.

Guest lists
View every guest for an event, search by name or code, and filter by checked in or not arrived. Open a guest to see table, seat, and companion details.

QR check-in
Scan an invitation QR code, or enter the code by hand, to record arrival on the spot. Scanning is available for live and upcoming events only.

Built for staff
Sign in with email, phone, Google, or Apple. New accounts wait for approval before access. Use the app in English or Arabic.

Your account
Update your profile, change language, manage notifications, and read our policies. Support is available from the app.

Niche Frontdesk is for assigned event staff only. Guest invitations and event access are managed by Niche Society.
