Ratings and reviews

It has been really helpful in my search for colleges, considering I didn't know where to go before installing this app. However, it has some issues. 1. It refreshes when you change to other apps, so you lose the progress you have made. 2. When looking colleges by majors, it doesn't show the Classics major! Please fix this, since it is offered almost everywhere. If you show History, you should also show Classics.

Niche was once a "Niche" app, where you could see the crime rates, national averages of real estate listings, and other extremely useful tips, advice, and information on the neighborhoods you would be researching for potential realty buys, rentals, or time sharing opportunities that let you know more or less the kind of place you are getting yourself into without needing to spend months or years at a locale to get a feel for the area. Now it's just another college search app that is not NICHE.

Just checking it out to compare colleges. Seems helpful however, I'm concerned everything I'm reading is outdated. All the reviews I've read are from 2016 ... thats over 4yrs old? Am I really getting the best information to make an informed decision? And the app constantly force signs out immediately if I leave, say to go to another app for reference/other. Continual sign in is very annoying! Also the UI isn't very intelligently designed.
