About this app

Meow Star Light is a tool app focused on providing lighting for selfies. It uses the screen to emit soft, colored light to illuminate your face, and when combined with the front-facing camera for photos or videos, you can easily create atmospheric selfies.

【Main Functions】

• Multi-color Fill Light: 8 preset light colors including warm skin tone, cool white skin tone, girly pink, versatile white, light yellow, fresh blue, mesh purple, and sunset orange. Customizable color, brightness, and saturation are supported via a color palette.

• Full-screen Fill Light: Full-screen illumination for more even lighting. One-click access to full-screen mode.

• Front-facing camera/video recording: One-click access to the camera while using fill light. Supports photo taking, countdown timer (3/5/10 seconds), and video recording (with sound).

• Smart Recommendation: Recommends suitable light colors based on the skin tone of the current scene (local processing, no upload).

• Photos and videos are automatically saved to the system album for easy sharing.

【Privacy and Security】

• Purely local operation: Does not collect, store, or upload any personal information or captured content.

• No ads, no tracking, no third-party logins.

• Camera, microphone, and storage permissions are only used for taking photos/videos and saving them to your album; the data exists only on your device.

【Use Scenarios】 Selfies, pre-video call lighting, live streaming/video recording lighting, facial lighting for ID photos or interviews, etc.
