UPDATED: After posting my review, the developers fixed the problem and the app ran fast and smooth. And, they took the time to respond, which I appreciate! -- Internal error message - Virginia is using this for PUA applications for self employed/gig workers and so far, I'm not impressed. Have not been able to get past the blue spinning wheel of death on either phone or laptop.

I wish it worked, but every time I try to create an account it just says "unable to create account please try again." The help and support tab just says to make sure you're using the most up to date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari even though I'm accessing it from the app. Tried accessing the website on a browser to see if there was any difference but it still just gives me the same error

My weekly updates are not installed on the app until almost midnight, making me late on getting my weekly renewals and for unemployment. I'm trying to upload documents right now that I've been told need to be Uploaded to day and they didn't even get the feature update and till 30 minutes ago, 7:30 at night and now it won't let me submit my documents. This is a horrible app and I'm forced to use it
