UPDATED: After posting my review, the developers fixed the problem and the app ran fast and smooth. And, they took the time to respond, which I appreciate! -- Internal error message - Virginia is using this for PUA applications for self employed/gig workers and so far, I'm not impressed. Have not been able to get past the blue spinning wheel of death on either phone or laptop.

The original gov2go app was super great, but after the improved community access identity Tyler portico update it continually crashes before you can even get past the sign in screen. I used this app alot to handle autos, taxes, renewals, ect. Please fix this as soon as possible and I will gladly change my review to 5 stars. Thank you!

UPDATE: Never mind. I figured it out by myself. I had to uninstall the app, reinstall the app & re-register my account with Tyler Identity. Now I'm all set. Too bad someone in charge of the app didn't tell me what to do. Maybe this will help others!!! I did take one star away because the developers of the app ignored my problem. Whenever I try to open the app, it keeps closing. It is not showing that the app needs updating. I like the app, when it works. Please fix this issue!
