Index AMS is a GPS-verified attendance management system built for teams that work shifts,
work across sites, or work on the move — manufacturing floors, construction sites, retail
chains, hospitals, schools, startups and field teams.
WHY GPS-VERIFIED ATTENDANCE MATTERS
Paper registers and Excel sheets are slow to collect and easy to edit after the fact. Index AMS
ties every attendance mark to a verified site location, so you know staff checked in from
where they were supposed to be — not from home, not from anywhere else.
GPS-Verified Check In/Out
One-tap check in and check out from the mobile app. Location is captured
at the moment of marking and checked against your site's allowed radius.
If someone's outside range, the app tells them exactly how far off.
Shift & Site Management
Supports any shift pattern — morning, evening, night, split shifts, and shifts that cross
midnight. Every site or department gets its own location and allowed radius.
Leave Management
Define your own leave types (Annual, Sick, Casual, or custom), set quotas with validity
periods, and let staff apply while managers approve — all with live, automatically calculated
balances. Half-day support included.
Adjustment Requests
When a punch is missed or wrong, staff request a correction and a
manager approves or rejects it with remarks — no more disputed hours.
7 Built-In Reports
Attendance Summary, Monthly Register (the full payroll grid), Leave Report, Adjustment
Report, Roster Report, Device Audit, and Login Report. Five export directly to CSV for payroll.
