About this app

NightWarden Client is a mobile app for customers of professional security companies, giving you real time visibility and control over your contracted security services from your phone or tablet. It is built for property managers, landlords, commercial clients, facilities teams and homeowners who rely on managed protection services across one or multiple locations.
Through the app you can view activity, request services, receive reports and access compliance records for keyholding, alarm response, security patrols, vacant property inspections and tenant home inspections, all in one secure place.
Simple Secure Login
Access is password free. Sign in using your email address and receive a one time verification code each time you log in. No passwords to store or reset. Active sessions stay signed in so regular users are not repeatedly interrupted.
Operational Reports and Visit Records
Read detailed field reports submitted by responding officers and patrol staff. Each report can include officer identity, visit time and date, service type, observations, checklist results and on site photographs. This covers alarm response callouts, mobile patrol visits, keyholding attendances, vacant property checks and tenant related inspection visits. Filters help you quickly find records by property, date range or service category.
Keyholding and Alarm Response Visibility
See when your keys are used, when alarm activations are attended and what actions were taken on site. Response notes, outcomes and supporting images are stored with each incident record so you always have an audit trail.
Security Patrol and Inspection Tracking
Monitor scheduled and completed patrols and inspections. This includes routine security patrols, lock and unlock visits, vacant property inspections and tenant home inspection visits where included in your service plan. Status markers make it clear what has been completed and what is upcoming.
Property and Site Management
View all protected locations linked to your account. Each property record shows address details, site notes and contact information. You can submit updates so your security provider always has the latest instructions and responsible contacts.
Book and Request Services
Request additional support directly inside the app. Services may include keyholding setup, alarm response cover, mobile security patrols, vacant property inspections, tenant home inspections, emergency lock and unlock visits, temporary guarding and site based camera units where offered by your provider. Choose a site, select timing and send the request without needing to call or email.
Key and Access Updates
Notify your provider about key changes, access code changes or entry procedure updates. Send collection or handover preferences to keep records current and reduce risk.
Compliance and Certification Library
Download and view provider compliance documents such as insurance certificates, accreditation records and policy documents. Each file shows provider details and expiry information where relevant.
Provider Branded Experience
The app presents your security company branding, including logo and colours, so the experience matches the service you receive. This keeps communication clear when multiple contractors are used across different sites.
Mobile First Design
Built specifically for handheld devices with clear navigation and fast loading screens. Layouts adapt to different screen sizes for easy reading during busy workdays.
Feedback Channel
Send improvement suggestions or service feedback directly through the app to help your provider refine delivery.
