I like the new app, my only issue is with the Mobile Deposit feature. You use to be able to view the image before submitting the check. Now if you click on the image, you can only retake the picture without previewing your it, and it also snaps when it's ready not when you are. The other thing is my deposit was rejected for only having 'For Mobile Deposit' which is what I always write and not having "NIHFCU" written on it making my account overdrawn.

Stopped working since the "upgrade" Emails said there would be an update, when entering the app, gives the same message. But no upgrade available. Un-installed, but now won't install at all. A complete fail and waste of time. Locations are few and far between and w no app to make deposits, I have no use for this bank at all. This was the last straw for an already difficult-to-deal-with institution. Has finally become more of a headache than switching banks.

I have used many banking and financial apps. this is probably the worst. making a mobile deposit was always difficult. recently got a message when trying to sign in to app that said a new version was available but google play apps did not provide an option to update. auto update also had not updated the app. had to uninstall and then try to reinstall app again. this caused my phone to crash and lock up while installing. we have one account at NFCU. plan to move this account to NFCU also.
