Even after 15 days, money transfer did not happened. It is still in processing phase. Customer care number is not working. App not working at night.

It was working fine till last year. But now i could not get my amount credit in bank. I have coupons scanned from 29-12-20. But the transaction was failed and money was not credited. Please look into this matter. Hey I updated the app and rechecked but no results. Now today again app update came and now its back to original one but now there is no mention of my previous coupons which were not transfered to bank. I have now lost about 550 rs in this app. And I see no way of redeeming them back.

I am trying to change my bank account details, but this is not happening and this is the first time I am doing this. And error shows that "You can not Delink as you have pending transaction".Because the bank where I have an account has been merged with another bank and its IFSC code has also been changed.I have scanned some coupons. Their money also did not come into the account.

Hi Karan,
We regret the inconvenience. As the message said, You cant delink/change your bank account as long as you have pending transactions. Please stop scanning and call the customer care. They will help you at the earliest.
