"Nihongo no Mori" is an app that allows you to study Japanese in Japanese. You can watch Japanese class videos anytime, anywhere.

Can't comment on content because only watched a few lessons but the Android app is terrible. 1. It doesn't show your progress on the Lesson Selection page. That doesn't bother me too much, though. 2. I am having trouble downloading more than one video at a time. I would like to be able to download one section at a time so I could listen in car without using data. 3. When I switch video to full screen mode (Horizontal) it won't return to vertical mode. 4. Can't play in background.

Be careful of the subscription, it's automatically renewed, and not refundable.

I really appreciate the quality of the content on this app. However, I have to give it one star because the subscription plan is automatically renewed without any prior notice. I wasn’t alerted a few days or months in advance, so I had no chance to decide whether to cancel. When I reached out for a refund on the same day I was charged, I was told it wasn’t possible. This lack of transparency and customer support really impacts the overall experience.
