A heartfelt emotional visual novel revolving around teenage mental health and relationship problems! “The Sun Shines Over Us” is a touching empathetic narrative game with choices and multiple endings in an Indonesian high school.

🌻STORY🌻
You play as Mentari, a victim of bullying who just transferred school and trying to recover from her past trauma. In the game, you will help her making choices through school life and experience life-changing events that will affect her future.

🌻RELATIONSHIPS🌻
In school, there are many unique students, each with their own different characters and neuroses. There are three main characters which each different platonic routes depend on your choices throughout the story.

🌻MENTAL HEALTH REPRESENTATION🌻
Playing as Mentari, you will be facing different characters with different understanding of mental health and is not the only one with mental health challenges. Through the game, you will discover other character’s problems and you can also help each other through perilous times!

🌻NO GAME OVER🌻
You can replay the game and discover new scenes you previously missed - what you missed at the first time, you might find the second time! Choosing different options might open different scene and unlock deeper conversations with different characters.

I love the dialogue, animation, and the storyline but I hate having to watch 3 ads or go onto the next chapter by using a ticket. It's annoying because you can't buy tickets unless you buy them with gems. While I was also playing chapter 5 it wasn't letting me save the CG with the ads and I lost all my progress and had to start from chapter 1 again. I'm upset about that but this is a really good game. I just wish I didn't have to always watch ads to go onto the next chapter

Sincérement, le jeu est trop beau. Les graphismes et tous mais le plus touchant c'est l'histoire en elle même. Magnifique. I mean it is incredible. I hope you release more games like these. Edit: I do not know if it is a bug or what not but recently the option to watch ads to gain diamonds are not available. This has been going on for days. I hope it will be fixed soon :(

It's a great game actually, except for the cussing which I'm not a huge fan of but the story is really touching especially since I actually have two friends representing the same experiences like the main character and other characters..I myself has some of those experiences in the past..getting bullied, having social anxiety and all that, from recovering slowly but surely isn't that easy but it doesn't mean that it's impossible. Overall good game! I actually learn something from it!
