Hi, It's really bad app doesn't work well. 1. when I check (my account), the app doesn't allow to login again. 2. When using I forget my password , you will receive confirmation code via email, I tried to paste the code in credit M. I recieved a message ( verification code not valid). So no solution to login again only to set a new account to access your credit monitoring. Really bad app.

Unless we open the app, no always-on pop up notification. It s unfortunate to have such app to control the power consumption. The app sleeps once you close it...need to fix this shortage cause it is critical !!!!

unable to connect to the server, like it's our problem it's been over 2 weeks without knowing the consumption of the electricity and yet keep purchasing kilowatts
