Niko is a mobile application that tries to solve unemployment mostly among the youth who are skilled by linking them to potential employers with whom they can do odd jobs for them and earn a living from their skills as they look for permanent employment.

With Niko anybody can be an employer as well as a worker. Even if you are employed you can bid for jobs in Niko as a part time job and earn few extra bucks on a weekend or during your free time instead and enjoy doing the work you love.

Key features in Niko are;
1. Get jobs that are within your area i.e 5km radius
2. When you post a job you get the chance to see the profiles of those bidding for the job, star ratings and reviews based on their previous jobs. In the 'My Posts' page.
3. Selected workers can rate their employers and write a review based on their work experience with the employer.
4. Once you bid for a job, you are able to see the employers profile and ratings as well as reviews by previous workers that have worked for them in 'My Bids' page.
5. Get instant notifications when selected for a job.
