About this app
Reply Mate is a call-triggered automation app. You choose the trigger, the conditions and the message — Reply Mate then automatically sends that SMS to the caller, even when the app is closed.
HOW THE AUTOMATION WORKS
1. Trigger — pick the call events that start an automation:
• Missed call
• Rejected call
• Answered call ended
• Outgoing call ended / outgoing call not answered
• Busy (second caller while you are on a call)
• Call received outside your working hours
2. Conditions — decide when the automation may run:
• Schedules: work hours, sleep hours, vacation mode
• Who: everyone, saved contacts only, unknown numbers only, allow list or block list
• How often: every call, first call only, or once per day per number
• Choose the SIM on dual-SIM phones
3. Action — Reply Mate automatically sends your SMS to that caller from your own SIM.
Every automation run is logged on your phone with SENT / DELIVERED / FAILED status so you can verify it worked.
WHY REPLY MATE NEEDS CALL LOG AND SMS PERMISSIONS
• Call log: to read the caller's number and whether the call was missed, rejected, answered, busy or outgoing — this is the trigger of every automation.
• SMS: to send the automatic reply. Reply Mate never reads your SMS inbox.
• Contacts (optional): to show names and apply contact rules.
Your call log, SMS and contacts stay on your phone. They are not uploaded, sold or shared.
MESSAGE TEMPLATES
• Ready-made templates for each trigger, plus your own
• Placeholders: {Name}, {BusinessName}, {Website}, {ContactNumber}, {Offer}, {WorkingHours}
• Empty fields are removed automatically, so messages always read naturally
TIME-BASED AUTOMATION
• Birthday wishes: save a date and Reply Mate sends your SMS automatically at midnight
RELIABLE IN THE BACKGROUND
• A foreground notification shows while automation is running
• Automation resumes after a phone restart
• Start or stop automation anytime from the Home screen; signing out stops it
