Barcode Scanner Keyboard PRO turns any Android device into a barcode data-capture terminal. It installs as a keyboard, so scanned data lands in the field you are already typing in — no SDK, no integration work, and no changes to the apps you already use.

Used for warehouse picking, inventory counts, stock takes, asset tracking, logistics, retail and field service.

⌨️ SCANS INTO ANY APP
Tap the scan key. The camera opens, decodes, and types the result into the active field of any app — SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, a browser form, a spreadsheet, or your own line-of-business app. Scanning works fully offline.

🏢 CENTRAL CONFIGURATION FOR IT ADMINS
Deploy through managed Google Play and configure every device centrally using Android managed configurations — Intune, Workspace ONE, SOTI MobiControl, Hexnode, Miradore, or any EMM that supports app configuration.
• 45 settings an administrator can set remotely: prefix, suffix, trim, separator, auto-submit, read formats, scan triggers, flashlight, focus, sound and vibration
• Settings you pin are locked on the device and marked ""Set by your administrator""

📦 BARCODE FORMATS
1D: EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, ITF, Codabar
2D: QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec
GS1 Application Identifiers are parsed into named fields — GTIN, batch/lot, expiry date, serial, SSCC and counts — each one insertable on its own.

Switch the scanner to OCR and capture printed text — labels, serial plates, documents — directly into the field.

🔒 PRIVACY AND SECURITY
No ads and no advertising SDKs in this build — none at all. Credentials are held in encrypted storage, HTTPS is enforced, and the app requests no contacts, location or storage permissions.

📋 LICENSING
Free to install. Scanning requires an active device licence, assigned by your administrator or through your organisation account at barcode-keyboard.eu. Devices that owned this app before it became free keep full scanning access.

📱 BEFORE YOU DEPLOY
Android keyboards cannot run inside an Android work profile — a work profile uses the personal keyboard instead. Fully managed and dedicated (kiosk) enrolments are the supported setup, which is the usual configuration for warehouse and field-service devices.

Ratings and reviews

The scanner works great and makes quick work of having to input numerous serial numbers and such into a field. However, the main function (the keyboard) could be more user friendly. Predictive text, auto correct, and auto replace have become a staple of smart phone keyboard tech. The addition of these features would raise this app to the top of the food chain.

I love it. Application works very well for me. But, I have a problem with diacritics (return from scan space instead "ă" .. eq: "Blakst dmarka" when the word is "Blakstădmarka".. I use qrcode). The second problem - don't work Auto scan on input... I don't know why.. I expect to open barcode scan automatically when touch into input field, but nothing happen.

Needs update with the barcode and qr history list Missing 1 or 2 features to really proclaim as the best but by far the best ive encountered very user friendly worth buying if you don't like ads like me but to be honest the ads arent really intrusive like other apps only ads ive seen are on the scanning window as a slim banner up top nothing to be bothered with id just rather own a license
