About this app

ForsetiDesk is the mobile companion for the ForsetiDesk self-hosted IT Service Management platform. Built for field technicians, IT managers, and help desk teams who need to stay connected to their ticketing, asset management, and parts inventory systems from anywhere.

REQUIRES A FORSETIDESK SERVER
This app connects to your organization's self-hosted ForsetiDesk instance. It does not work as a standalone app. Contact your IT administrator for your server URL and login credentials.

TICKET MANAGEMENT
- View and manage assigned help desk tickets
- Create new tickets with priority, category, and client assignment
- Update ticket status through the full lifecycle
- Add internal notes and resolution notes from the field
- Escalate tickets to your manager with one tap
- Route tickets to team queues or flag for dispatcher attention

ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Browse and search your IT asset inventory
- Scan barcodes and QR codes to look up assets
- View full asset details including location, manufacturer, and serial number

PARTS INVENTORY (Pro License)
- View your assigned tech stock
- Scan barcodes to look up parts and check stock levels
- Consume parts on tickets with automatic stock deduction
- Low stock warnings at reorder points

KNOWLEDGE BASE
- Search and browse KB articles for field reference
- Access Known Error articles for troubleshooting
