The SOS application for persons with disabilities was developed by the public organization of youth with disabilities “Muvaffak” within the framework of the project “Interaction with the Emergency Committee to take into account the needs of persons with disabilities and ensure safety” with the support of the Eurasia Foundation within the framework of the program “Mitigating the impact of climate change on people with disabilities in Central Asia” (ADCA), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
