About this app

Android's Resume-on-Reboot allows unlocking credential encrypted storage of all apps, including those that do not yet support Direct Boot, after a reboot initiated by an OTA (Over-The-Air) update.

While this enables Apps that don't support Direct Boot to be functional, it leaves the user data vulnerable. This app helps warn users about these OTA update triggered reboots.

Users just need to install the app and don't need any further action. App would notify encryption status after every reboot. If prompted about unencrypted status, users can unlock and reboot the device explicitly to ensure desired encrypted status in Locked state.
