refuses to connect to wireless out of the box, why is this so #!?&ing difficult for do many of these kinds of devices; update: DO NOT BUY! in addition terrible set up, you can only monitor a single device before you have to pay $99/yr for additional devices. DELETE, rebox and return this crapware.

Great unit. Had a little trouble getting it to connect to network at first. Customer support was awesome and took care of issues. Has worked great since then about 4 weeks so far with no issues.

worked great for a few days, then nothing. support MIA by phone, chat, and email for days. NO BUENO!
