Your employees clock in and out with a touch, using their smartphone's GPS, the QR code displayed in the store, or the NFC tag. There's no need to buy readers, badges, or additional hardware. The phone they already have in their pocket is all they need.

In real time, from the web portal, you can see today's attendance, who's clocked in, who's missing, and any anomalies (clocking in after hours, out of range, or on a closing day). No surprises at the end of the month.

**Vacation and leave without phone calls**

Employees submit requests for leave, leave, and overtime directly from the app. You see them on the portal, approve or reject with a click. The employee receives a real-time response on their phone. No more lost emails, ignored messages, or misunderstandings.

**Everything works even without internet**

No internet connection in the store? No problem. The app saves time stamps locally and sends them to the server as soon as the connection is restored. The data is never lost.

**Documents signed without printing anything**

Upload contracts, communications, and company documents. Your employees sign them directly on the app with their fingerprint or Face ID. The signature has legal value (FEA) and is archived with a certified timestamp. No paper, no shipping, no physical archives.

**Designed for retail**

Nimblyy Lite was created for small and medium-sized businesses: shops, points of sale, and retail chains. It includes the types of absences required by commercial contracts (ROL, vacation, union leave, Law 104, and more), which can be configured to suit your business.

The web portal provides monthly timesheets, PDF or Excel timesheet export, multi-site management, and visibility into expiring contracts. Everything you need to keep everything under control, without having to install software.
