About this game

NIMBO is a 2D action arcade game where you fly in a balloon alongside your cat. Enter each arena, dodge, shoot, and stomp your enemies from above until you clear the screen.

Episode 1: The Sands of Egypt

🎈 HOW TO PLAY
Flutter to stay airborne, move with the joystick, shoot, dodge with the dash, and protect yourself with the shield. If an enemy touches you from the side or below, you lose a balloon. If you stomp them from above, you defeat them. A single touch teaches you the basics; mastering it takes much longer.

🏜️ ONE EGYPTIAN BIOME, THREE STAGES
Explore a valley of floating ruins by day, at dusk, and at night. Each stage brings different waves of enemies, tougher foes, and dark versions that change how you play. Dodge the wind, sandstorms, and swarms of locusts.

👑 BOSSES AND MINI-BOSSES
Face off against guardians of ancient Egypt, each with their own unique attacks: the Guardian Ibis, the Eyes of Horus, Seth, the Mummy Pharaoh, the Dark Mummies, and finally, the fearsome Anubis. Learn their attack patterns and find the perfect moment to stomp on them.

⚡ POWERS AND UPGRADES
Collect coins and spend them in the shop: ammo, shields, extra lives, and one-time special powers like the Celestial Bomb, the Paralyzing Pulse, and Guardians. Earn extra coins by playing well: waves without taking damage, chained stomps, and combos.

Clear touch controls compatible with a gamepad. One screen, fast-paced gameplay, and no waiting. Pause whenever you want and pick up right where you left off.
