About this app

Mini Task Flow is a personal Kanban board that lives entirely on your device. No accounts, no subscriptions, no internet connection required — just open the app and start organizing.

The board comes with three default columns: To Do, In Progress, and Done. Cards move between columns as your work progresses, giving you a clear visual picture of where everything stands at any moment.

You can customize column names to match how you actually think about your work. Each card supports a title, description, and due date, so you always know what needs attention and when.

The interface is clean and focused. A background illustration gives the app a distinct look without getting in the way of your content. Font size, date format, time format, and first day of week are all adjustable from Settings.

Everything is stored locally using your device storage. Nothing leaves your phone. There are no ads, no trackers, and no hidden features behind a paywall.
