very poor experience not sending otp when we login please update and fix these bug. Many people face problem to login and also when submitting the test.

Overall it's a good app for all trainee and trainers/Instructor of ITI's as well. easy to attempt the test.

Many of my students are facing issues at sign in/login. There is no any option or link for 'account password reset'. Also some error after having completed scheduled test. Some of them are not able to see the result of attempted test in there mobile app. Furthermore i have also sent you an E-mail regarding the mentioned error/issue, but still i am waiting for your reply and solution.
