I subscribed for the course in June under the 12 months Validity offer. But the plan expired in just 4 months. When I compliant about this to their team, they told me to pay 50% of the course amount to renew it for next 3 months which is not written anywhere. I was supposed to get a complementary subscription for extra 9 months. The total duration of course was supposed to be 1 year. I bought this course for a friend of mine , she lives a remote rural area. For her, its a major loss.

After updating the app has become totally useless. I have installed it so many times but it shows nothing. No pdfs, no editorials, no quiz nothing. Please look into this matter & fix the bugs ASAP.

I love this application because of the teaching style of the teacher is very appreciable, I don't have words to explain it, and the application is very simple and very useful for students who are preparing for government competitive exams as well as IELTS. Thank you ma'am
