• Raise and track internal service tickets and customer complaints across departments
• Handle damage, exchange and return requests end to end
• Use sales tools and view live reports from our ERP
• Post dispatch, delivery and invoice details
Access is restricted to authorised Etna Hardware staff and business associates, who sign in with their registered mobile number. The app is not intended for the general public.
