App not working at all, can't do facial verification, keeps saying 'Unable to verify your identity'. Cnt even send email on the website to complain. Been trying the app for over 3 weeks, deleted and downloaded the app several times still nothing. Technical Team please do something about this. People's lives are dependent on having correct details, please.

like seriously, these wasn't what I expected immediately I downloaded the app. was expecting the correction of data I downloaded it for not showing me my details. they really know what they're doing. if they could upgrade it to that level, won't mind paying, not these trash.

The new update is easy to use and the registration was not so difficult. The only part that may delay you is the facial recognition part, just ensure you're in a bright environment. Also how can i one download the NIMC card after it has been generated by the system.
