About this app

9FMedia is an application for e-commerce order fulfillment teams —
where sellers, designers, and packers work together on a single workflow.

Instead of opening a computer to check an order or answer a question, everything
is neatly contained on your phone.

── ORDERS ──

• Three views: my tasks, team tasks, and all orders
• Filter by status, store, and responsible person; Search by order code, SKU, or customer name

• View full details: product, shipping information, change history
• Change status directly on your phone, with records of who changed it and when
• Select multiple orders to process simultaneously
• Warnings for overdue and duplicate orders

• Real-time chat, one-on-one or group
• Send photos, multi-photo albums, attachments, voice messages, GIFs, and location
• Reply, forward, recall, edit, and react

• Review all photos and files exchanged in each conversation

• Search within a conversation

• Send records to colleagues with specific reasons
