Needs to add a feature to have no address and call the receiver instead

Service became very bad, many unjustified delays faced lately without clear explanation or communication. Very disappointed in the service.

I would rate this app at 5. But it doesn't have a tracking option. Nor an option to edit the card message and no way to view previous orders or call shop. Ideas for improvement
