The worst customer service experience I've ever had. the service is extremely poor. They have no call center, don't respond on WhatsApp, and the deliveries are always delayed. Honestly, it's the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I don't recommend anyone to download or use this app.

I would rate this app at 5. But it doesn't have a tracking option. Nor an option to edit the card message and no way to view previous orders or call shop. Ideas for improvement
