NI Nexora is a comprehensive educational platform designed specifically for students and faculty. It bridges the gap between learners and educators through seamless task management, submission tracking and interactive group learning.

NI Nexora allows faculty members to create and assign tasks to students with clear deadlines and file type restrictions. Faculty can choose to allow submissions in any format including images, videos, PDF documents or YouTube links. They can also restrict submissions to a specific type such as images only, videos only, PDFs only or YouTube links only based on the task requirements.

Students can view all assigned tasks along with their deadlines and submission status. They can submit their work directly through the app by uploading images, videos, PDF files or pasting YouTube video links. After submission, students can track whether their work is pending review, approved or rejected.

Faculty members can review each submission in detail, rate it from one to five stars, and approve or reject the work. When a submission is rejected, faculty can set a personal deadline for that specific student to resubmit their work. This personal deadline only applies to that student and does not affect the original deadline for other students. The student receives an instant notification about the rejection along with the new deadline.

Students earn points equal to the rating received on approved submissions. For example, a submission rated five stars earns five points. These points accumulate over time and are displayed on the leaderboard which is visible only to administrators and faculty members.

NI Nexora also includes group features. Users can join groups, participate in discussions, like and comment on posts, tasks and submissions. Group administrators can create posts with text, images, videos, PDFs and YouTube embeds. They can also create polls for group decisions and track active members.

The built-in notification system keeps everyone informed. Students receive alerts when new tasks are assigned, when their submissions are approved with ratings, or when submissions are rejected with instructions for resubmission.

All passwords are encrypted before storage. The app uses secure HTTPS connections to protect data transmission. User roles include Student, Faculty and Admin with appropriate access controls. Ratings are visible only to the student who submitted the work and the faculty member who graded it. Other students cannot see individual ratings.
