Was encountered several advertisements on their products and came across this apps, initially I was abit worried on whether could the product safely arrived Malaysia or not. But what I was worrying were unnecessary. All the products I ordered through this apps were safely arrived and in excellent condition. All goods were well packing. 👍👍👍

I tried to get in contact with them, always get robot message. I even stayed up to their working hours to get a hold of them. Their "Live chat" is not really live chat. I tried both on facebook and line messaging. I am now trying to cancel my order because I have waited so long and they still have not shipped the products. It would be ideal if I can get a hold of someone, just unfortunate.

Tried to sign up for an account but didn't manage to receive verification code. Text them thru WhatsApp, all robotic texts and not answering my question. Send messages thru Facebook comments about my problem, yet no one reply me. This is one of the most lousy App and service I've evered encountered.
