This isn't an app. This is a webpage that always requires a login. It won't save the credentials even if you allow the fingerprint login. I have never gotten a notification of a new ticket or a problem with a computer. I have to rely on text messages or emails. I can't use this app and I pay for the product. It's very disappointing. Please fix this to be useful and not just a flashy checkbook to say you offer an app. Had I known how poorly this was I wouldn't have switched.

This app used to be a critical tool for me, but recently it is literally unusable. Recently, I have been unable to launch a script on a device. Trying to get to the list of scripts under the Manage tab would crash the app. I tried reinstalling, and now the app will not even launch; it immediately closes. I hope that it will soon be fixed; being able to remotely manage my devices via the app had saved me a lot of time and effort.

Update on 11/16, reset trigger works after previous update, great job! I have been running mainly off this mobile app for the last few weeks and am very satisfied with this app, love the disk i/o on the fly too. It will be helpful too to provide event log and disk volume info on the fly. Can't reset triggered alert from this app, it gives unknown error. Like the GUI very similar to browser from computer, if you can add sort/filter on service under task will be very helpful
