fantastic when it works. on my pixel, I can't exit the settings screen because the back button is in the notification bar and I can't press it. when it really matters, the keyboard won't open, so I can't log in to a computer. it's really frustrating when you have an emergency and you're out of the office. I end up having to drive in because of the keyboard. (update: I found I can eventually get the keyboard by pressing the keyboard button repeatedly.)

Version mismatch with it's agent software. Won't connect and support slow to fix or update to latest on playstore. Also this app ties into the NinjqOne app so all remote functionality is compromised.
