Portlin is a pilot project for a newly developed, digitally native food service system.

Order sandwiches, drinks, and fruit rolls directly through the app, personalize your items, and pick up your freshly prepared order at Pilatusplatz in Lucerne.

The app intelligently synchronizes your order, arrival time, and preparation, ensuring your order is ready at precisely the right moment. Your estimated arrival time is automatically calculated based on your chosen mode of transport—no need for you to plan a pickup time yourself.

Important note:

Pickup is only available at Pilatusplatz in Lucerne and only during the pilot phase from June 1st to June 26th.

Portlin is currently in an early stage of development. The aim of the pilot project is to test and further develop a new, fully digitally networked catering system under real-world conditions.
