The "Shabbat Times" app will show you the Shabbat entry and exit times in more than 200 cities and kibbutzim throughout the country, including Rabbeinu Tam.
Without the need for the Internet or a current location, you are wrong in the point where you are and present the wrong times - Shabbat times contains the calculations required to show you at your request the exact times for the city you have chosen quickly, reliably and without the need for external resources!
