With Kollecto's form builder, it is quick and easy to build a form for recording data in the field via the associated mobile web application, which can be run on iPhone, Android mobile, iPad, tablets, etc.

The solution has offline support, which means that your registrations are also saved locally on the device until you choose to synchronize when there is access to a network again.

With the form builder, it is possible to create legacy registrations, where you have a form-in-a-form, for example. registrations of a development over time.

It is possible to associate location (the device's position) and the time of the registration. In addition, you can choose to associate images with the registration either via the device's photo archive or with the device's camera.

The collected data can be validated and edited on an administrator website, from which data can also be exported to a standard PDF report.

With a Premium subscription, you get, among other things, option to have the data basis displayed automatically on a map in NIRAS webGIS KortInfo. This extension also makes it possible to include map themes from KortInfo in the field. Finally, it becomes possible to use an existing table from KortInfo as the basis for a form.

This allows data to "flow" freely from field registration to case processing to exhibition. The potential in the integration is great and the extension is being developed continuously.

Premium also includes an extension that makes it possible to make registrations based on markings on an image, e.g. a floor plan of a house, or a building facade to register e.g. errors and deficiencies.
