if I could give no stars I would. I paid the $7.49 for a month of unlimited service while online. Only when I downloaded the associated app my paid unlimited subscription was worthless. It immediately asked me for an annual membership. Which I declined. There is no way to contact customer service to use their so called 30 day money back guarantee. worst app ever!!

Google should really give an option for zero stars. This app/website not only scammed me out of my money, they also didn't give me a bug! I had pictures of a black beetle of some sort, and when I finally got the app to accept the picture... It identified the beetle as.... drum roll please... A beetle! No other information. just beetle.

WARNING!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! THE SUBSCRIPTION IS A SCAM THAT YOU CAN'T CANCEL OR CONTACT SUPPORT!!! Attempting to cancel my subscription because I only needed the 3 day trial to try to identify one spider but when I click on 'how to cancel subscription' under the settings tab it takes me to a page that says steps 1---2--- instructions but that's it doesn't say or do anything else so when I tried clicking the 'contact us' tab it pops up options on my phone like I'm trying to share something.
