🛡️ Admin — Complete event-level control. Creates and manages occasions, builds dynamic modules, assigns team members, and oversees all hospitality operations for their events.

🧑‍💼 Manager — Assigned per module or event. Can be granted Read access or Read & Write access, enabling active management of guest data and hospitality tasks within their scope.

🙋 Volunteer — Limited, module-specific access. Volunteers see only what they need to perform their on-ground role — ensuring data integrity and operational focus across large teams.

Every access permission is module-level, giving Super Admins and Admins precise control over what each team member can view or action — nothing more, nothing less.
