NISM’s Student Secure Pass is an in-house initiative for learners enrolled in its residential programs. The app digitalizes the campus gate movement: guards scan QR codes to mark students OUT or IN, automatically logging actual times against planned schedules. Parents and wardens grant approvals in-app (optional), so only verified passes reach the security desk. Live dashboards display total, today’s, pending OUT, and pending IN counts with filters to spot delays quickly. Push notifications keep families informed about departures, returns, and status changes, while guided prompts ensure guards follow the correct steps.
